We teach children with different developmental challenges aged 18 months to 10 years. The Montessori Method of education has proved to be of great benefit to children of all abilities especially children with Special Needs in Education because of its direct, practical and hands on approach in teaching. The Montessori equipment is an added aid to their learning.
Our SEN Department at My School comprises of University qualified Teachers and Occupational Therapists. Our programme consist of Intervention, Sensory Motor Development (Occupational Therapist), Visual Information Processing Skills, Cognitive Skills, Speech, Language and Communication . The Teachers create a unique individualized programme for every child to help develop their skills. To create an all-rounded, holistic approach, our programme consists of an initial assessment, regular IEP (Individualized Education Programme) meetings and parent-teacher meetings.
